Do you have some spare time? We need you!

We are always looking at ways that we can support and enhance activities within William Torbitt. Volunteers are a vital resource in helping to supporting the children in their learning and in supporting key areas of the school. This could take the form of regular times working within the classroom, reading with pupils or small group work. Other support welcomed includes accompanying on school trips, helping in class for arts and crafts, and other practical activities, such as cooking or science investigations. There will always be skills that we can put to good use.

Please note that we have robust Safeguarding procedures and all volunteers require ID checks and an enhanced DBS check. See Below for requirements for the check to be carried out.
